We were interested in a slightly larger SUV. We were driving a Suzuki SX4 that I really liked but Suzuki pulled out of the USA market. We had a Honda CRV or Mazda CX5 in mind. We met Matt at the door and told him what we were looking for. He took us out to the new CRVs and we took a nice silver with grey interior for a drive. The ride was Great. I'm a little disappointed that you can't order a car the way you want it anymore as there are more bells and whistles I would have put in it. The E-XL has all the bells and whistles but only comes with leather seats. I'm not a fan of leather. We test drove the Mazda and it has all the bells and whistles without the leather BUT the ride was not as nice nor was the handling. In short, we bought the Honda. Thanks to my wife for insisting on the ride and thanks to Matt for the wonderful experience. More

Had issues with my tires after a rotation. Ended up that the Michelins were never able to be put back into a full balance again, contninued shimmy at 70+ after a few trips to LVH. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with k-cup tea and coffee and bagels in the mornings. There are adequate outlets for plugging in electronics. Service took a few hours, but that matched the estimate given over the phone when I made the service appointment. I bought my car here, and I appreciated that they did not use a hard-sell technique. My salesman worked with me to get a lease price that fit into my budget with very little money down. The price is a little steep for me, but totally worth keeping the car in great condition and the environment keeps me coming back. More
