I am grateful for Lehigh Valley Honda's service. I bought my car there almost ten years ago and have been using their services almost exclusively since then. I came in for a quick oil change on my 2009 Honda Accord and drove off the lot in a 2013 Honda Civic EX-L. That sounds impulsive, but lately I had been thinking of leasing a car as opposed to following the old model of making payments for years on a car that would need repairs as it got older. I once had a 1998 Acura TL that I loved and drove for years but the repair costs were exorbitant! The service manager introduced Tito to me, who showed me around while my oil was getting changed. He was really great to work with - I never once felt pressured, rushed, or 'played.' He took me on a test drive in a fully loaded Civic and a fully loaded Accord. I told him my financial requirements and he recommended the EX-L. He could tell I like the luxury of leather and sunroof, and my need for good fuel economy and my payment requirements, so he didn't try to guide me to a car that would be overkill for my needs and wants. It was all very easy. I will recommend Lehigh Valley Honda and Tito Torres to anyone needing a car upgrade. In fact, I already have done that. I want to explain my ratings: I would have given all 5 stars, but I gave a 4 star for experience because the process was long, and 4 stars for price because cars are expensive and I doubt I would ever give 5 stars for the price of a car unless someone handed me the keys and said 'go, it's yours.' When my three year lease is up, I will be working with Tito again. He really was a pleasure to work with, very professional and polite and with a good sense of humor. Bill was very honest, friendly, and flexible as I had to leave my car there for a week since I was going to be out of town. Tito made me feel like I was talking to a friend; he didn't try to push or twist my arm for anything, but offered his advice based on his experience. Sam was fantastic. My wife was really impressed. She needed the 90,000 mile B service (1,3,6) and they provided her with a loaner and adjusted the price and didn't charge her for a cabin filter which wa needed the 90,000 mile B service (1,3,6) and they provided her with a loaner and adjusted the price and didn't charge her for a cabin filter which was called for in the service, because she had it done about 6 months ago. And they had a coupon for 10% off. She has had all of the service on her 06 Pilot done there and won't consider any other shop. We purchased the car there and when the time comes, we will purchase another Honda there. You may pay a little more than a mom and pop service shop but in the long run, you are much better off with factory trained service techs and genuine Honda parts. We've bought the Pilot new in06 and haven't had any repairs done to the vehicle other than regularly scheduled service. Great SUV, great service. More
