Lehigh Valley Honda

I brought my car in for "A" service as called for by the maintenance minder on my Honda Insight and a number of other services, ones not called for by the car's manual at that service level, were for by the maintenance minder on my Honda Insight and a number of other services, ones not called for by the car's manual at that service level, were performed on the car. Additionally, I brought my car in for a "Free" State Inspection but was still charged for a number of inspection items as part of the maintenance that was performed on my car. I brought these concerns to Kevin Wagner, Service Manager, after he contacted me regarding my service at LV Honda almost two weeks ago now, but never got a reply. More

The BEST thing about this dealership is the waiting area for service. I really appreciate the business center, which is separate from the regular waiting area, the children's play area, which is also separ for service.
