Chose to start using this dealership when my car hit 70,000mi. At that time Sam was great. Lots of repairs were necessary but I was very pleased with the work. We had an entirely pleasant experience working with Tim Fox and Tito Torres. Tim was our initial contact, and navigated us through the test-driving process. We negotiated with Tito, and we were given a very fair price, well below what I'd budgeted for our purchase. The folks at Lehigh Valley Honda were professional, courteous, and content to let their products speak for themselves, with the only exception being pointing out details that we might have missed. We've had some smarmy experiences at other dealers (both purchasing other cars, and as we discerned what we wanted to purchase this time out), and I'm happy to report that the LVH experience with Tim and Tito was cheerfully free of annoying pressure, or overselling, or badmouthing the competition. We couldn't be more delighted with our new car (a 2013 Accord), and with the testing and purchasing experience at Lehigh Valley Honda. At that time we had the pleasure of meeting Maggie, who talked us into a test drive in a Honda Accord. My car-shopping experience at Lehigh Valley Honda was excellent. I'm not one to sit at a desk and haggle over a price but I researched the car I wanted (Honda Civic) and the price I could expect to get excellent. I'm not one to sit at a desk and haggle over a price but I researched the car I wanted (Honda Civic) and the price I could expect to get for my VERY used Accord and I was offered a price that was extremely fair, without arguing over it. The salesman (Mike) was very knowledgeable and helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all. The extensive associated with trading in and buying a new car was done quickly and painlessly. When I took possession of the car, Mike took a lot of time to show me the features, and they are extensive. I was impressed by that. The facility itself was spotless and comfortable and it added to my positive experience. Everyone was extremely friendly. I first discovered LV Honda when I bought my Accord in 2007 and I went back for my 2013 Civic without giving it a second thought. I guess that says something about the way I was treated 6 years ago. When it's time for my next car I'm sure I'll go back again. But that won't be for awhile - I own a Honda. More

I have been exclusively using Honda Service to work on my Honda Odyssey(s) for years now. I keep coming back because the quality of the service and the experience is exceptional! They have a nice waiting area with complimentary coffee, tea, snacks available. Free Wifi and televisions are present as well. Some seats have mini-desk pull outs. I used this option last time to make valentines cards while waiting. Employees are knowledgable, friendly and do their best to get the work done in the time stated. Lately, our odyssey has been washed when I come get it, that is so nice!! For longer maintenance, I use a dealer car to take home and pick our car up later. It's free for us, b/c we bought the 7 yr. extended warranty option and purchased the car at their dealership. It's a great option since we live in Bath, nearly 1/2 hr. away. The loaner cars are always nice and clean with a full tank of gas--Honda Pilots to Honda accords. It's fun to drive different cars once in a while, and it's a great way to see if a different model interests you. I keep coming back because of the service, and they do keep improving on it as well! Tito was the best. When there was a small scratch from when it came off the lot there John was right on it to set up a time to get it fixed at no charge. These guys are the best. While I left my car there to take the new one I bought to work while they did he title work, Tito even had my old car washed and looking great for me when I came back for it at the end of the work day. What phenomenal service!! I wouldn't buy a car in the whole area unless it was from Tito as the salesman and John as the manager. Thanks guys!!! More
