As a first time buyer of a Honda vehicle I felt the experience was satisfying. David Bucey answered all my questionsand the negotiation of the final price was done professionally. Tire pressure light wsa still on when I picked up the car, even though this was something I asked them to check. Did not notice it till out of the parking lot; had to turn around and go back in and ask car, even though this was something I asked them to check. How was I supposed to know this? Would have been nice if that had been written on a note on top of my bill. They acted like I should have known that - I was not real happy about having to turn around and go back and ask. Light did go off on my way home, but I wasted time. More

After looking at Kia and Toyota we opted for the Honda CR-V. From the beginning, the sales experience at Lehigh Valley Honda was far above that at Bennett Toyota. Leo Zingales was also very informative regarding financing and warranties. Again, professional but friendly. A new car purchase can be extremely stressful and a bit scary. We did not find our experience with David and Lehigh Valley Honda to be either. More

The driver's side headlight burned out on my Honda Accord and so I went to the Express Service at Lehigh Valley Honda. Employees were all very friendly and they actually had my headlight bulb changed in abo and so I went to the Express Service at Lehigh Valley Honda. This service dept is awesome! i usually drop off the night before for next day service & pickup. They always do a great job with communication. This time, i went express. The service was great as usual. I did ask for my windshield wipers to be checked for replacement. I needed new ones. The service rep told me it would cost $50 a blade for replacement, something about replacing the arm for $30 and the actual wiper blade for $20. $100 for wipers?!? i drove 2 miles down the street & bought wipers for $20 total. They work just fine. I understand some things are limited at dealerships based upon the provider. I appreciated the service rep giving me the information & not trying to convince me to take his recommendation. Again, very satisfied with service and end result for my vehicle! good job, lv honda! I unfortunately was in an accident that totaled my previous Honda Civic. I was in a pinch and needed to get a new car as soon as possible. Once arriving at Honda with my dad, Tito Torres immediately c previous Honda Civic. I was in a pinch and needed to get a new car as soon as possible. Once arriving at Honda with my dad, Tito Torres immediately came out and greeted us. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help. I test drove 2 different cars and was able to agree on a deal that was reasonable. During the entire process I never doubted that if I needed help with something or had a question that I could call Tito. He made himself very available and actually made the process of buying a new car enjoyable. Props to Tito for awesome customer service! I highly recommend him! More
