Anna Thank you again for taking the time to write this review. Again, I want to sincerely apologize for the poor level of communication you experienced. We obviously didn't meet your expectations. The last thing we would want to do is promise to have your car ready, miss that time, and then not communicate with you as to why that happened. Since my original response to your review last Thursday, our Service Manager, Brett McCabe, has made several unsuccessful attempts to contact you in an effort to address your concerns. We take customer service very seriously as evidenced by the other reviews written on this forum however that doesn't mean we are immune to dropping the ball from time to time. So again, I apologize for what transpired. I look forward to connecting at some point in the near future.
