Friendly, professional, and efficient opperation! Kudos to the express service and the regular service departments. I came in for an oil change & the tire pressure light being on. They discovered a nail in to the express service and the regular service departments. I came in for an oil change & the tire pressure light being on. They discovered a nail in the side wall of my tire. They moved me from express service to the regular service department and replaced my tire. All this in an hour time frame! They are terrific!!! After researching late model used cars to replace a 7 year old vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it, my preference was to purchase a used Honda Accord. When I checked Lehigh Valley Honda's selection of year old vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it, my preference was to purchase a used Honda Accord. When I checked Lehigh Valley Honda's selection of CPO Accords on their website, I saw several vehicles that appeared to be exactly what I wanted. That made this dealership the best place to start my search. To my surprise, the description of the cars on the dealership's website was amazingly accurate and I ultimately purchased one of the cars that interested me most from the website description. The sales rep, Dave Chevez, was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire buying experience. I would rate him as one of the best car salesmen I have ever met. The business manager, whose name I believe was Nick Graver, was equally professional and helpful. He explained the optional warranties and services that were available and answered my questions about them, but never used high pressure tactics to get me to buy anything I didn't want or need. When I drove away from the dealership with my CPO 2010 Accord, I was not only happy with my new car, but extremely satisfied with the entire experience. More

The sales team provided me with all the accurate, relevant information I needed to make a sound purchasing decision. No high-pressure, no games, no gimmicks -- just great service and very good pricing on the vehicle I wanted, a 2010 Honda Fit Sport Automatic. The overall buying process was very well-organized. Every employee I encountered was a polished professional and a joy to work with. Additionally, the facility is nice, clean, modern, pleasant, and conveniently located. I test drove several family cars. Dave was very patient, I never felt rushed while feeling out the cars. Well I drove the pilot and it was a perfect fit. Leaving the dealership that night I didn't feel that great just because I had to give up my beloved jeep wrangler, but by this morning, I knew I made a great choice for my family needs and that the kids would be safe, comfortable and quiet in the car thanks to the dvd. Kudos to Dave for really listening to me and what I was looking for and suggesting the pilot. The price was the best in a 100 mile radius, little haggling needed due to fair pricing. Wish I could have gotten more for my jeep, but still think it was a fair trade price. Only complaint is the back and forth and waiting for sales manager.. finance managers.. etc. I would buy from this dealership again.. great selection of brand new used cars. More
