My wife and I brought our 2001 Honda civic LX for 124,000 mile service and inspection. Our Family has dealt with this dealership since 2001. My wife and I discussed the ongoing cost of the 2001 and sought info on possibly trading this vehicle for a 2010. We took a test in a civic sedan drive(great car) and spoke about a lease. We were told the following: 1. We will take the 2001 off your hands ;no appraisal was done from the used car manager, sale price was given. 2. When asked what color we would like we requested "tango red" and were informed that this color was not available. When we asked if this color could be procured from another dealership we were told "we do not do this. " 3. We never received a bill of sale for the 2001 Honda. We we were only presented with the lease agreement. Finances to secure the lease were documented as 1296.00. without any indication that this represented the sale price of the 2001 Honda. Kelley Blue Book as well as edmunds priced a 2001 honda even in fair condition at $2,100.00 4. We did not have the title for the 2001 honda and brought it to the dealership on 8/30/2010 with instructions that the title transfer needed be signed by both parties. When my wife arrived at the dealership she noted her salesman leaving the showroom and asked to have him paged .After two faled attempts she requested assistance to transfer the title. She was instructed to"sign the paper and the dealership would take care of the rest". More

I'm a life long Honda fan. I have purchased 10 new Hondas across many models from CRX, CIVIC, CRV, Element, S2000, and can you believe I traded in the S2000 for an Accord Hybrid? So, now I am ready for a ref across many models from CRX, CIVIC, CRV, Element, S2000, and can you believe I traded in the S2000 for an Accord Hybrid? So, now I am ready for a refresh for both my wife and I. We traded in her Element for a CRV, and I traded in my Accord Hybrid for a Civic Si. My expectation were very high. Lehigh Valley Honda delivered with courteous and professional service from the very start in setting up my appointment to driving off with my wife's new CRV EXL with Navi. My Civic Si is on order so standby for my follow up rating. LHV, if you are reading this, I continue to have a high expectation for continued good service. Love; knowing the cost for a service before I arrive clean, beautiful and comfortable waiting area fast service van taking us to the South Mall to pass the time for the long service car wash I no longer go to STS for service because of their smokey, dirty waiting area and the grease that was on the inside of my car after service. They aren't 1 mile from our home but the convenience can't make up for all that you provide by making this chore pleasant. Thanks so much, Karen More
I bought a 2007 Honda Pilot from Lehigh Valley Honda, from Mike Dutsch. From the very beginning, Mike was very UN-salesman like. There was never any of the typical, " there are a lot of people interest from Mike Dutsch. From the very beginning, Mike was very UN-salesman like. Mike was very helpful, and professional, even after the sale. There were a few minor issues with my Pilot, and Mike made several phone calls to me coordinating things so the repairs could be made.
