I called short notice on a Thursday to inform the service dept. that my car wouldn't start on an occasion the day before. Since I use my car for business,(I am a visiting nurse) I really needed the car check dept. that my car wouldn't start on an occasion the day before. Since I use my car for business,(I am a visiting nurse) I really needed the car checked out as soon as possible. I was told to bring the car right in. In less than two hours, they worked on the problem and had me on my way. Over the weekend, however, it started acting up again. I called on Monday and was told to bring it in again, no arguments or contradictions. This time, they found an unrelated problem that was coincidental. Again, they fixed it in less than an hour. The car runs great. I have over 150,000 miles on it. I bought the car there, and have always had it serviced there. They are very caring and do not try to do anything "extra" just to make more money like some service dept. do. Being a woman, that's important to me. I will buy my next car there and have it serviced there, that's for sure. This is the first car I've owned that has not been a major headache, and I thank the service team for that. More

Each time we visited the dealership, he took as much time as necessary to not only answer our questions, but clarify those answers in a way that we, as consumers, were very satisfied. He was attentive in listening to what "our preferences" were when shopping for a new vehicle rather than trying to pressure us with options we truly were not interested in. We consulted with other Honda Dealers, but preferred to keep the business in the Lehigh Valley Area for obvious reasons (convenience, hours, customer service, past experience, and this dealership's reputation). Since we were happy with the deal we agreed upon, purchasing my new 2010 Honda CR-V at Lehigh Vally Honda was an easy choice! More
