I came in for an oil change and then asked about my brakes, just to check since I had 42,000 on the car and still the original brakes. I sat down, read two pages of my book, and the car was ready. I left my house at 2:13pm that afternoon in Bethlehem, and was leaving the dealership at 2:53pm a happy customer. Rich remembered that he had hit a bird a few weeks ago. Tony had them checked for the bird when they changed the oil but they could not find it. So, Tony sent him up to detail to have them wash the grill, etc. Shaun in Detail put the car up on a lift and found the bird. It was really hard to see it. He cleaned it out and sprayed. After spending many Sunday's looking at cars at area dealers, we finally decided it was time to drive a car and make a decision. After a couple of minutes we were approached and asked if someone was helping us. They got a salesman to take us for a test drive. His name was Brian and was very nice. He apologized that he only had 1/2 hour since he had an appointment with someone. We took the Accord 4 cylinder for a ride and he was very helpful in explaining the car and answering questions. At the end of the ride, it became clear that we might prefer the 6 cylinder. Since he had an appointment to keep he immediately found us someone else to take us for a test drive in the Accord 6 cylinder. Rick Mello was very nice and also knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. We explained that we were considering another car and we were not ready to decide at that moment. We were extremely happy that there wasn't any pressure put on us to make a decision immediately. My husband and I discussed the pros and cons of both cars and decided that the Accord was the car we wanted. We called Rick and made an appointment. He was very happy to help us and work with us to be able to leave that evening with our new car.
