Maybe now I'll get a call back I have been trying to get a hold of Kevin the service manager for two weeks now. Almost a month ago I brought my car in for a simple oil change and a I have been trying to get a hold of Kevin the service manager for two weeks now. Almost a month ago I brought my car in for a simple oil change and a few days later noticed severe damage on my bumper. A day later my entire wheel cover fell off on the highway. I contacted Honda to request video footage of my car to see if the damaged happened while it was in for service. One employee told me that they just installed a new camera system a week prior and Kevin assured me he would look into it. Two weeks, two emails and at least 10 phone calls later, I've heard no response. The only thing this dealer cares about are their online reviews, and by writing one now I might actually get a call back. If I didn't love my car so much I would trade it in so I'd never have to deal with the LV Honda service center again. Regardless if the damage did or did not happen while my car was in for service, their response time and care for their customers is non existent until you write a bad review. More

Took care of me when Honda corporate wouldn't Found out about a warranty that my car needed 2 months too late and Honda America basically told me that's tough. Thorough update Went in for annual inspection. Ask that since I was here, would it be worth changing the oil. Recommendation was hold off since the next one was not Went in for annual inspection. Ask that since I was here, would it be worth changing the oil. Recommendation was hold off since the next one was not due for another 2,000 miles. Turned out that the tires did pass but will need to be replaced shortly. So I figured when the tires get replaced, it will be time for an oil change. Everything worked out great. More

First oil change there Overall was a good experience, but was clear that the express counter staff were having a busy and agrivating day. When I asked about other service that I felt my Cavan needed but not in the express environment, I was quickly told to call and make an appointment even after I explained that my relatively new odyssey is having transmission slippage issues.
