While I'm in Ladies Room, receive call from Express Service clerk that my tires need rotation. I said that doesn't make sense and please wait til I get back to his desk. He met me in routine maintenance area and said he had already ordered it done. I asked one of the men there how often tires need rotation and was told 5-7,000 miles or every other oil change. I purchased four new tires on 1/17/2017 and had driven less than 1500 miles since then. No driving for 3 weeks since I was out of the country for 20 days. I told the Express Service clerk that it made no sense to rotate the tires due to these facts. He said that they showed wear indicating a need for rotation. I told him that I must have not been sold four new tires then. He said that I was but should still get the rotation. He continued to argue with me until I said it seemed the only way to stop getting the rotation (which had not been started - we had gone back to the service area) was for me to speak to the manager. He then said I could get the rotation free. I said ok and left the area and I watched the rotation, I asked the mechanic's opinion and in that conversation I told him that I had not said yes to the rotation. The mechanic then offered me a car wash, which I was given When I paid at the Express Service desk, the same clerk told me that I was lucky to get the car wash because that isn't given usually. I think these service people are so pressured to tack on extra charges by their superiors that they'll pressure people into unnecessary procedures to the point that it is insulting and disrespectful. More

The service rep I dealt with didn't provide me with accurate information regarding my vehicle, but another service rep or tech corrected it. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. More

Schedule "A" service? Let me start by saying that up until this visit I have been extremely pleased with my service experiences. Customer-focused staff, quick and reasonab Let me start by saying that up until this visit I have been extremely pleased with my service experiences. Customer-focused staff, quick and reasonable. This visit left me scratching my head though. Let me explain. After having major service at 15,000 miles as prescribed, I anticipated Schedule "A" to be basically a oil/filter change and fluid check. However, I received a call that tires required rotation ($40) and differential fluid needed to be replaced ($90). As for rotation, it is something I expected every 5,000 miles but was not been deemed necessary each time. Whatever, $40? Differential-I can not recall ever needing this fluid changed in my other vehicles and especially at only a little over 20,000 miles. A positive was that your advisor recognized that my inspection was up and suggested getting it done. I also was disappointed when I got home and noticed that my 10% discount as a super club member was not in the final cost. I called and was told it was necessary to always show your card for it to be honored. That is opposite of what I was told at last visit when I showed my card and the advisor said they had it in the system and not necessary to show. Going forward, I'll definitely show the card so I don't have to trek back for get a credit adjustment. In closing, I'm going to have to read up on the Schedule "A," "B" system and better understand what exactly is/isn't part of each service level. Their complimentary bagel and tea/coffee/hot chocolate was perfect for my son and I. Had time to check out the new vehicles where the sales guys were friendly but didn't pounce on you for business. It took less time then they told me it may to complete the service. More
