Minor detail: wish the mechanic had removed the paper floor protector after he was done parking the car outside for pick-up; I couldn't drive with it in place and there was no trash bin outside to discard it. I have noticed the last year or so that when you bring your car in for a specific service they will do things you didn't ask for also. I get their point of view, they are simply looking to increase their maintenance sales and most people probably don't look after their vehicles very well. For those folks the extra checkups are good. However, some of us maintain our vehicles ourselves and only like to use the service department when absolutely necessary. For instance, I took my Honda in for some manufacturer mandated work recenty. They did the work required but also did a "near state inspection" of my vehicle. The service advisor told me that even though my tires were all worn evenly I needed to have them rotated right away (it was a code red!!) at a minimum cost. I told him the reason they were all so even is because I rotate them every 5k miles myself. The look on his face was classic and I left him kind of speechless. Again, this is probably a great offer for most people but I find it irritating. Don't ge me wrong here, these guys are just doing what they're told and I will always use them for the things I can't (or don't feel like) doing anymore. If I need an alignment, tires, brakes or something unusual happens this is the place to go. I'd also like to mention that the service dept here has always treated me well and with respect. The bottom line is that when I bring my car in for a specific service that is what I expect these guys to do. If you want to start poking and prodding the rest of my car please ask me first, don't just take the liberty of doing it. Just my two cents..... More

consistently good service I went in for oil change, they reminded me of recall and inspection renewal and a coupon I had on line. Ended up being a lot more work than I thou I went in for oil change, they reminded me of recall and inspection renewal and a coupon I had on line.
