Airbag Recall I have had ALL of my Honda services done here. Every other time I gave it a 5 star. This time I had an airbag recall & the dealership fit me in quickly. I arrived early so I could get a ride from a friend. The person who greeted me was jovial and very attentive. The work was the airbag (plus an oil change. I also asked to have them look at the rear door seal as it was pulling away). The guy said he would see if maybe they could glue it without replacing it.) They completed the work in record time and notified me right away. The only reason I did not give 5 stars this time was the pick up & check out process. In the past, the person at the check in desk always goes over what was done. I was just directed to the pay counter. I have no idea if they even looked at my door but it was the same as when I brought it in. No one went over my oil change so I'm not sure if there are other areas of concern. All this being said, I would still recommend their service. Just ask for Sam, he will do right by you. More

When you bring your car to the shop, like a person going to the doctor, they have to be honest and 100% trustworthy. They have not been. More

Somewhat disappointed While the communication with my service rep was very good during the day, I had questions about the service when I went to pick up my car. The night service manager was unable to really answer the questions aside from "Honda says so" and even started applying Chapstick in the middle of our conversation. It just struck me as unprofessional and like he really didn't care all that much. More

Tire disaster on Rte. 22 When some metal object came flying at me on Rte. 22 it hit my tire and went under the car. By the time I reached my exit my tire light was on.
