I had difficulty getting up an icy hill - my tires were spinning. I called Lehigh Valley Honda at 3:15pm. Rob answered the phone and I told him that I was going back to Pittsburgh, PA the next day and was concerned about driving safely. He squeezed me in to the main service area - replaced my tires and advised me that my front brakes also should be replaced. He knew I had experienced a stressful day and treated me with both professionalism and great kindness. Thank you, Rob - and Lehigh Valley Honda - wish you were in Pittsburgh, PA. More

Disrespectful! Overpriced estimate! I needed some warranty work on my 2003 Accord, and had planned to have a spare key made. I spoke with Moriah (sp?) with ALL of the details. My wife delivered the car to the dealership, and I was to meet her. She managed to arrive before I. My wife was interrogated by John as the the very things that I discussed on the phone with the person who made the appointment with me. My wife told me he was very rude, and made it clear to all of the other tech writers that one of their customers had no idea what the repairs were. He was very rude and disrespectful! Thankfully, once I arrived, I was able to define the service necessary on the car. My wife, who's a tough cookie, left fuming mad!!! This service visit became worse the following day when I received the bill. The bill was exactly what I expected, though part of the bill was an estimate to address another problem. The "check engine" light was lit, and their estimate to ASSESS the problem was $180! In other words, $180 to hook up their code reader and read a code. It turns out the gas cap was loose. $180 to fix a loose gas cap? If Lehigh Valley Honda does not want my business again, they've done a great job letting me know just that! More
