Poor Customer Service I purchased my 2004 Honda Pilot from this dealership in 2003 and have been the sole owner. I made a service appointment to replace a lost car key. W I purchased my 2004 Honda Pilot from this dealership in 2003 and have been the sole owner. I made a service appointment to replace a lost car key. While at service my passenger airbag inflater was due for recall replacement. The other recalled airbag had previously been replaced without incident several months earlier. After picking up my vehicle a new Airbag Indicator monitor was illuminated on the dashboard. This indicator had never been on. I was told the front airbag sensors and control unit were faulty and that this was present prior to any work being done on the airbag (recall). The service manager denied that any work done by the service technicians would have caused the SRS sensors to illuminate. Not being a mechanic all I can attest to with 100% certainty is that this airbag indicator had not been illuminated prior to servicing the vehicle and now it is present. I would not recommend this service center. I purchased my second Honda from a nearby dealership and will likely purchase another Honda from a different dealership than LV Honda. More

Horrible! I hardly ever take my car to Honda and now I remember why. Not only were the representatives rude, but the work was below my expectations. The mechani I hardly ever take my car to Honda and now I remember why. Not only were the representatives rude, but the work was below my expectations. The mechanic broke a piece of my car and made me miss another day of work. Then when he called he acted like it wasn't a big deal and told me it would be done in the early morning. Turns out I didn't get a call until after 5:00 the next day. They told me I'd hear back from them in 2-3 weeks when my airbags would be in stock and I still haven't heard back from them or had anyone return my cars (ifs been a month now). I'm so disappointed. More
