Too long of waiting for some people I am a long time customer but don't like services lately. Although I had an appointment, for waiting (which I scheduled this 4 weeks in advance), they I am a long time customer but don't like services lately. Although I had an appointment, for waiting (which I scheduled this 4 weeks in advance), they put two people (showed up an hour after me) front of me because they were in a hurry. My car was ready but no one was coming to tell me. After 2-1/2 hours waiting, I had to go and ask. Then I found out he was ignoring my paperwork to help others. Next time, I will look for a different service center. More

Airbag recall service Got my passagner side airbag fixed under the recall and now my airbag sensor is faulty. They refuse to fix it unless I pay for it. It was fine until they replaced and reset the sensor for the new airbag. Will never go back to them for service again. I am actually looking at getting rid of my Honda Pilot because I do not like the service department. More
