Always willing to help and go the extra mile! Brought my Honda CR-V in for inspection. It was end of month and recall needed to be addressed. 2014 Accord Service We started having a problem starting our 2014 Accord so I went to the local Auto Zone for a starter test. They told me the battery was bad. Since th We started having a problem starting our 2014 Accord so I went to the local Auto Zone for a starter test. They told me the battery was bad. Since the car was under warranty I brought it in for a check and they said it was a bad starter. When they went to replace it the new one broke so the gave me a loaner car. My car was finished the next day a I must say that I am completely happy with the work. I have yet to have a bad experience with the service department with any of my Hondas that need work. More

Honda lying about recalls, lawsuits and faulty parts. The compressor just died in my CRV and found out Honda has known about this faulty compressor issue for 20-years. They refused to replace it. My airbag system has been worked on 3 times and still isn't right! I'm not sure if the airbag system is working or not at this point? The light is still on the service dept doesn't have an answer? Not happy! More

I always wait for my car, bring a bag load of work and sit in the airy, cheery showroom until my car is ready. Yes, LVHonda is pricier than your neighborhood garage HOWEVER we are getting technicians with years of experience, Honda training, Honda parts and Honda tools. I have always been treated with tremendous courtesy and detailed explanations of the work needed & done on my car. Thus the five star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the dealership and Seth! More
