Walt, our service writer, seemed to care and realized that we needed to get this done. We called back when he asked us to do so to see that they had the parts and we drove over immediately from Scharllesville and they promptly did the service for us. We had had another dealership say to us, "You need to go back to Texas--don't they have dealerships there?" Walt was very friendly, told us where we could get coffee and bagles, and that it would be an hour to an hour and one-half. That was true and we were on our way again. Don Hamilton More

Our 30,000 mile check up went perfectly, Another great service visit with Trevor Chappell and the entire Lehigh Valley Honda Service Team (Tech 068). Our 30,000 mile check up went perfectly, and Trevor and his team were able to research and locate the problem with our 2014 Accord's battery failing issue. A quick inquiry into the main Honda service support team, and the failing battery sensor was replaced under warranty! I was extremely impressed with everyone's dedication to finding the problem, and making sure I was happy. I have had better service I have had better customer service from this dealership before and am quite disappointed by what I received from them. there was little communication I have had better customer service from this dealership before and am quite disappointed by what I received from them. there was little communication in regards to my car and felt like pulling teeth getting any information about what needed to be done as opposed as to what was necessary to pass inspection. I was also not prepared to pay the price tag that I ended up paying for at the end and was little to no explanation about it. More
