Zero accountability I left my 2015 Honda CR-V at Lehigh Valley Honda for one week, from April 18 through April 22, so that they could diagnose a high pitched sound that o I left my 2015 Honda CR-V at Lehigh Valley Honda for one week, from April 18 through April 22, so that they could diagnose a high pitched sound that occurred each time I first started the vehicle. Towards the middle of the week, I received a call from the service manager who advised that the rear differential pump had to be replaced. On Friday of that week, the service manager left me a voicemail advising that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the dealership that evening, I found fingerprint stains on the visor and sunroof panel; the 2 air conditioning buttons, normal and maximum, were depressed with the fan turned up to maximum speed and the thermostat turned all the way to maximum heat, not to cold; my memory foam seat cushion that was on the driver's seat when I left the vehicle that Monday was on the dirty floor in front of the passenger seat; the steering wheel and door handle were covered with dirt, which I had to wipe several times with a damp cloth. I left voicemail messages on Kevin Wagner, the service manager, and John Giglio, the service advisor's answering machines. The following day, Saturday, I received a call from the service advisor apologizing for the condition in which I found my vehicle and advising that Kevin Wagner , the service manager, would "make it right". I never received a call from Kevin Wagner. After sending an email to Jeff Conrad, Honda General Manager, I received a call from a customer service agent who merely functioned as a messenger between me and the dealership, but had no authority to make the dealership assume accountability or ownership for their actions. I explained that I had never been contacted by the service manager and wanted to speak with someone in executive management, but she advised that was not possible and that customer service was my only recourse. One month later, on May 24, 2016, after numerous conversations with the customer service agent, I received a call from Andy Wright, Lehigh Valley Honda's general manager, who offered no apology for what had transpired or any explanation as to why the service manager had never contacted me, instead, he was very defensive and said that Kevin Wagner claimed he had tried to contact me. I told him if that were true, I would have received some type of resolution already and wouldn't have asked customer service to have the general manager contact me, which took him an entire month to do! Andy Wright stated that the service advisor would contact me and I received a voicemail that same day from John Giglio. I replied that same day and left John Giglio a voicemail and again left another voicemail two days later asking that he contact me to set up an appointment for Friday, Today is Saturday and I haven't heard back from the service advisor! The management at this dealership does not demonstrate any accountability for their actions or any professionalism. If the dealership’s management refuses to assume any accountability for their actions, and the customer service representatives are incapable of providing any resolution themselves without the dealership’s cooperation, the customer has no recourse since executive management does not want to become involved. More

Long Waits for Oil Changes Brought my car in for an oil change and waited almost 2 hours. I am not sure why this dealership will not allow you to make appointments for oil changes! More

Hit a pothole and causing the front right tire to pop and putting a lump in the back right tire of my brand new 2016 Honda Fit and Rossi Honda in Vine Hit a pothole and causing the front right tire to pop and putting a lump in the back right tire of my brand new 2016 Honda Fit and Rossi Honda in Vineland claimed they didn't have the parts or tires they needed so we had to drive back home to have it fixed, I called, mad the appt asap and got in... they were a little confused about the paperwork provided by Rossi Honda but they still managed to service it and my car is as good as new!! i was so happy when my husband brought it back with brand new tires. great job Honda!! More
Courteous, fast, effective, great Marketing Stopped in for an oils change, no appointment, with a discount coupon. Car was in the Service garage within 5 minutes. During that time they attached a device to my wheels to determine whether or not my front and rear alignment was correct. Five minutes later, a service tech arrived and took the car to the oil change area. While the oil was being changed, they determined that my brakes and rotors were gong to need attention before my next inspection. That info was communicated up to the service desk to my advisor (Mark Peterson) who immediately informed me before the car returned to the customer pickup area. Mark had the bill ready for me, and I had it paid by the time my car was returned. Whole event was completely........ and correctly in 30 minutes or less! Great job...... 100% in my book. More

Amazing Came in to get a car checked and chose to wait while my car had been serviced. They had wifi, iPads you can use while waiting, TV's, and coffee.
