Bad oil change When I went for an oil change with my car, afterwards I noticed that they did not properly shut the oil container breaking the cap. This caused my car to be leaking oil at a very fast rate. This could have easily damaged the engine due to the fast rate of oil spilling out of the car. the people who answer phone need customer training When i called to schedule a service appt 2 weeks ago i called the 967 number and when the woman asked how may she direct my call i asked for honda..sh When i called to schedule a service appt 2 weeks ago i called the 967 number and when the woman asked how may she direct my call i asked for honda..she replied "honda what?" i stated honda service and she just cut me off and sent my call over to service..no please hold or anything...after the service was performed this past weekend i had a question and called again..i was patched thru to service dept but was disconnected after holding several minutes..i called back and told the woman i was waiting several minutes for service and was disconnected...she just patched my call over again..no apologies or anything..in fact not one single word..she just put me on hold with service again..i love this dealership as i own a honda and a hyundai thru your dealership but customer service from all ends is important..i felt like i was bothering these women who answered the phone calls each time More

My service manager, Trevor, was highly professional, thorough, and highly knowledgeable. He kept me informed through the process. The car needed new rear brakes, which he took care of. He also gave me an assessment and advice about the upcoming service protocol for changing the engine drive belts, which I greatly appreciated. As in the past Trevor, as well as other service managers I've worked with, know my car and have have my best interests as a Honda owner as their primary focus. More
