oil change in a "jiffy" I needed an oil change on my Honda 2004 CR-V, and was in a hurry to boot. Jim assured me that I could be in and out in 45 minutes or less. I took his word for it, and even though I needed my tires rotated (found during the check-up), he assured me that I was still on time. And he was right! It was actually closer to 30 minutes! I have never been disappointed with the service in the 7 or 8 years that I have been a customer of this Honda dealer - both the "big" service department, and the "no appointment necessary" Express section. More

Over the top! First visit to Lehigh Valley Honda and I went back the same week to get more work done. The service was excellent and timely. I have a 2003 Honda Element, not exactly a new car, but felt like I was treated as if I was the owner of one. I didn't even buy my car at this dealership. I received more value for the work than I do at my regular shop, which is the reason I took it back in the same week to get more of the recommended work done I had neglected. The convenience of getting a loaner car was a jaw dropper for me. I live over an hour away but work 15 minutes away from the dealership. This is convenience and service at its best!
