I went in for an oil change on a Saturday morning. I was notified that all fluids, filters and tires were checked. Recommendations were made to replace some of the filters and to rotate the tires. The service was so fast; by the time I disconnected my phone, it seemed like ten minutes had past and my car was ready with all the changes. I have been going to this Honda dealership for years and have always had a very good experience.. More

Over the years some faces have changed but not their service and commitment to there customers. When you get your vehicle serviced they tell what's needed but never apply high pressure tactics and try and sell you something you don't need or want. It's always a pleasure to go there. While the cost of my repairs was higher than I had expected (having initially received and "estimate" of ~$500, and ultimately costing ~$1200), the se While the cost of my repairs was higher than I had expected (having initially received and "estimate" of ~$500, and ultimately costing ~$1200), the service provided by Lehigh Valley Honda was excellent. To improve their "transparency", perhaps change their estimating process to include all charges (parts & labor), so the customer has a more realistic expectation as to how much they will be spending. When dealing with prices that vary greatly, in my case two tires that I needed replaced, furnish, at least, a range (i.e. $100-$200/tire). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I was provided! More

Could not find problem Had a squeaky sound coming from steering column and a door closure issue on my 2012 Odessey. Dealer fixed door issue fine but could not find an issue Had a squeaky sound coming from steering column and a door closure issue on my 2012 Odessey. Dealer fixed door issue fine but could not find an issue with squeaky steering column. They could not hear the problem, did not talk to me about it. They said it would be big bucks to find so best strategy is to live with it. I do not believe they ever heard the problem. But...... On way home the squeaky problem was still there. What can I say except they did not do a good effort here. Hopefully it is not a safety issue. More
