Have been a customer for over 5 years now Ive purchased my last 3 cars here....1 used, 1 leased, 1 new, I have had great experiences with the sales staff consistently, always staying in touch Ive purchased my last 3 cars here....1 used, 1 leased, 1 new, I have had great experiences with the sales staff consistently, always staying in touch & willing to help with any issues. The Express department for oil changes etc.... Even when they have made mistakes they have been honest about it and rectified the situation asap and most recently the body shop who were also quick, personable and professional. Its a true testament to customer service how they handle the things that don't go as planned or how they rectify a mistake. I will continue to be a loyal customer! More

Horrible!! Never again!! Took my 2013 Honda Civic SI in for stater and was told i needed a new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and bearing. Dealer refused to give me my car Took my 2013 Honda Civic SI in for stater and was told i needed a new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and bearing. Dealer refused to give me my car back unless i replaced parts. Drove car off lot. Car still making noise. Took car back for same noise and was told car needed ANOTHER clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and bearing. Paid to get parts replaced again. Car started making a noise that wasn't there and then was told my car needed a new transmission! !! So upset. Never taking my car to this dealer again. Service is horrible and Sam, Kevin and the rest of the employees at this dealer are rude and have no customer service skills. Took my car to another Honda dealer and found out they are no claims on my car when parts where covered under warranty. They messed up my car really bad. So More

Excellent type of company to deal with. Had a 1999 CR-V it would not break down. Finally got run over by a tractor trailer. Police took me to a rental car agency. Bought a 2015 CR-V. Oil Change and Tire Rotation on my Accord - typical. Overall good customer service as usual at the counter, however it took much longer to get the service completed. The on my Accord - typical. The reason for that must have been the wheel hubcaps, when the technician installed one of them he was missing a screw, so the hubcap eventually came loose while driving. Not the best quality service this time! It should be an easy thing to make sure all the screws taken out, are put back in. More
