Ms. Rodriguez - We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed and upset with your experience at Lehigh Valley Honda. Unfortunately, we disagree with your characterization of what happened. In our efforts to diagnose the clutch noise when you initially came to our shop (some time ago) with the concern (with approximately 21,000 miles on your vehicle), we took numerous steps to help you save money, which you agreed to. Exactly 21,000 miles later you returned with a bad clutch again with wear and tear that is consistent with abuse. In an effort to help you out, we agreed to cover half the clutch material, costing you only $300 for a job that usually costs around $1000. At delivery, that still wasn't good enough and you proceeded verbally berate our Service Manager even though he was trying to help by doing something he was under no obligation to do. We are always sorry to lose a customer, but in this instance, we feel as though we have exhausted all efforts to satisfy you. The fact is that the problems you are having with your vehicle are consistent with abusive driving habits. It's not our fault. It's not Honda's fault. We wish you the best of luck with your vehicle.
