Excellent Service I needed an inspection and when I got to the service center they reminded me I needed a 15,000 mile checkup as well. They checked everything while I I needed an inspection and when I got to the service center they reminded me I needed a 15,000 mile checkup as well. They checked everything while I waited; although, they did offer a car to use while they were working on my car, but I declined. They had light breakfast items and coffee, plus TV while you waited. The service waiting room was clean and all the people at the dealership were friendly and very helpful. More

Of which is hard to tell which is best so let's start from the beginning. One my costumer rip is Bill Nixon this man is right on his game he is courteous and has a special humor that make the whole experience of your service comfortable and pleasing it takes the bite away from many of the concerns one might have when getting work done to your honda. Second the time to do your service is prompt and a wash at the end is appreciated. Very important loyalty is a list value in many of our daily lives but I have been servicing my Honda here for my entire time so it was nice to receive a gift for future services a discount that is much needed. Let me finish by saying loyalty and dedication is not dead at Lehigh valley Honda. Thank you Mike Rosario More
Will never return After a state inspection, emissions, and new front breaks, I drove my Accord home and noticed that 4 caps had been broken off my lug nuts on 3 out of After a state inspection, emissions, and new front breaks, I drove my Accord home and noticed that 4 caps had been broken off my lug nuts on 3 out of 4 wheels. Upon further inspection, I noticed the "technician" try to cover his mistake by glueing the caps back on. I drove the car back to the service bay and informed the Service Adviser who looked at me in disbelief. I walked him over to the car to point it out, and at this time I realized one of the right front lug nuts was almost completely off the bolt. That's' right....not tightened. Yeah, they put new lug nuts on........no apology......no acknowledgement of their mistake or attempt to cover it up. Dishonesty and lack of customer safety will prevent me from ever using their service again. I guess I should go check the oil filter and oil to make sure they actually did that work!!! More

They showed me that the battery was on its way out and I was able to replace it before we got stuck somewhere with a dead battery.
