I can assure you that there was no attempt to deceive you regarding the lug nuts. Our technician failed to communicate what transpired. Once you brought the matter to our attention, it's my understanding that our team responded immediately and took the necessary corrective action. The biggest concern I have is the lack of apology and the fact that you think we intended to cover up a matter pertaining to your safety. That is extremely regretful and I am very sorry that you feel that way. We service thousands of cars every week. Unfortunately, mistakes do get made from time to time but we always try to take corrective action. If you would ever be inclined to give us another opportunity to regain your trust, we would be grateful. I'm confident that we will not let you down. We take customer safety and satisfaction very seriously as evidenced by the other reviews on this forum.
