Engine Repair When I had my car towed in for over-heating, I had no clue what the problem was. Much to my surprise, I discovered (or I was told by my manager Bill Nixon) that it was covered under my 10 year warranty. He also pointed out that other parts of the car were covered under this warranty as well. My point is that I wonder if I am one of a few or many who don't fully know how their car is covered under warranty. I also want to say that Bill Nixon handled my situation in a friendly and even supportive way! And the replacement was done in such a short time, I had another good surprise. More

New Tires On Friday May 22, 2015 I had 4 new tires put on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Sam Azar, Service Advisor is excellent as always. The only problem I have On Friday May 22, 2015 I had 4 new tires put on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Sam Azar, Service Advisor is excellent as always. The only problem I have is this is the second time I did not get all my valve stem caps put back on my car. I am not sure why this is so hard to remember. Obviously these are not expensive, but a hassle to have to go to the store and by more. Since it was the second time this has happened I am feeling the need to rate this a 4 star service. More

Excellent Express Service I recently took my 2014 Accord to Honda Express service for what I thought would be an A or B service. My service adviser, Danicha, looked at the ser I recently took my 2014 Accord to Honda Express service for what I thought would be an A or B service. My service adviser, Danicha, looked at the service record for my car and said that technically, I was overdue for the C service which takes about an hour and a half. She didn't want me to have to wait that long in Express Service and offered to do just a lube and oil change so I could be in and out quickly and then I could come back at my convenience for the remainder of the work on the C service schedule. When I said I was willing to wait if they could do everything on that visit, Danicha said they could get everything done for me on that visit. They completed the C service and did a front end alignment in less then an hour and a half. I was very pleased with the work the guys did in the shop and with Danicha's assistance as my service adviser. More

All of the service employees are very professional and knowledgeable. In the 9 years I have owned my CRV, I have never had a bad experience with LV Honda; my car is in great condition; and it has > 150,000 miles on it. More
Above and beyond I recently went into the dealership for routine service. Upon inspection, major repair needed. Staff member told me an estimate (which numbers were spot on to actual cost), provided me a loaner and I was on my way. The next day I picked up my vehicle after being repaired, it died minutes after leaving the dealership. I called the dealership back. Two employees and a tow truck promptly arrived and we returned to the dealership. After further inspection, more major repairs needed. The smiling, reassuring Sam Azar notified me the dealership would take of these repairs and I would need to leave my car behind. He sent me on my way with a loaner. We have been long time customers of Vinart, but it is because of the employee Sam Azar that I will continue to come back to this dealership. He is always professional, prompt and courteous and I know that he has my best interest in mind. Thanks again Sam for going above and beyond! More

wonderful service & very customer focus I have been with Leigh Valley Honda Service for past 24 years and I am seeing excellent progress. I think it is one of the best in the tri-state area. By battery was dead and I took risk by jump starting it and driving to the dealer service. Unfortunately, the car stopped completely on the way. When I called my service agent, I am warmly greeted and was able to get a quick appointment to fix the problem. I thought the alternate was lost. When I towed to the the site, my car was immediately attended and diagnosed for the problem. I was so happy to know that the battery was the culprit and it was replaced with a genuine battery for a great price! Great job folks! you guys rock! Keep it up on the customer satisfaction! More
