Very Unprofessional I went in to order a part and Trevor was super helpful and knowledgable so I figured let me just have them install the part when it comes in. When I got there I was supposed to work with Sam as Trevor was on vacation. I wanted to confirm the price Trevor had given me only to be told it would take an hour, Sam had no idea how to replace the part and cost me twice as much. When I said forget it I will get it done somewhere else The response was fine just give her what she was quoted and he walked away. Then I was told to wait in the waiting room and they would come get me. I sat there for an hour and a half until I got impatient enough to go looking for my car only to find out it had been done for some time. I'm glad I got that quote because I just happened to be outside when they finally pulled my car in which was an hour into my waiting time. That's probably how they make people think these easy little jobs take so long to make you pay more cause they move your car from check in to the back where you can see it so you think they are working on it but in all reality it sitting behind the building. I scheduled my recall work but I will be canceling to take it to another Honda dealer and will never be going back. My takeaway from this experience is you cannot trust the mechanics here and to know how long a job will take walking in so you don't get scammed!! More

Engine Repair When I had my car towed in for over-heating, I had no clue what the problem was. In short time, I was told that my engine head had cracked and had to When I had my car towed in for over-heating, I had no clue what the problem was. In short time, I was told that my engine head had cracked and had to be replaced for a four figure cost. Much to my surprise, I discovered (or I was told by my manager Bill Nixon) that it was covered under my 10 year warranty. He also pointed out that other parts of the car were covered under this warranty as well. My point is that I wonder if I am one of a few or many who don't fully know how their car is covered under warranty. I also want to say that Bill Nixon handled my situation in a friendly and even supportive way! And the replacement was done in such a short time, I had another good surprise. More

New Tires On Friday May 22, 2015 I had 4 new tires put on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Sam Azar, Service Advisor is excellent as always. The only problem I have On Friday May 22, 2015 I had 4 new tires put on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Sam Azar, Service Advisor is excellent as always. The only problem I have is this is the second time I did not get all my valve stem caps put back on my car. I am not sure why this is so hard to remember. Obviously these are not expensive, but a hassle to have to go to the store and by more. Since it was the second time this has happened I am feeling the need to rate this a 4 star service. More
