I always get the best attitudes: polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Yes, I could take my car somewhere else, but with my busy schedule, I need my car right away. I can always depend on the service advisers to work with me., in getting my car in for repairs or services and get it back in a couple of hours or so. I need my car running well and fast. I've taken my car to other garages, but the quality of work was not as good. I have complete confidence in the Lehigh Valley Honda dealership for excellent service. Thank you. More

Customer Service Above and Beyond I want to thank Trevor Schappell and the Lehigh Valley Honda team. I was traveling from Richmond Virginia recently to visit family in Coopersburg in m I want to thank Trevor Schappell and the Lehigh Valley Honda team. I was traveling from Richmond Virginia recently to visit family in Coopersburg in my 2007 Pilot. Just as I crossed the PA state line, my check engine light came on. I was concerned about driving back to Virginia without knowing that I didn't have a serious engine issue that would prevent safe travel. I called Lehigh Valley Honda and their receptionist immediately checked with the service manager and got me an appointment for the following day. Trevor Schappell, service advisor, was waiting for me when I arrived for my 2:00 appointment. Within 10 minutes, he had done a diagnostic check and assured me that the car was safe to drive back to Virginia and sent me on my way. Instead of waiting a long time to be seen, it was quick and allowed me to spend more time visiting with my familty. This was truly customer service at its best. Thank you, Karen Aylward More

The work was finished in a timely manner and Trevor Schaperelli went out of his way to make sure that I was fully informed of what needed to be and the cost involved. He worked with me to make sure that I was involved in what work needed to be completed today and what could be deferred to a later date. He also worked with me on pricing, making sure that things were done in the most efficient way possible. Trevor is a true asset to Lehigh Valley Honda. Travel wise, it is no longer convenient for me to have service done at LVH, but Trevor's commitment to providing service above and beyond keeps me coming back to Lehigh Valley Honda. More

Good service so far, better than my previous Honda dealer I moved to the Lehigh Valley a few years ago. I won't name the dealer but I used to go to another service. Before I moved I had a problem with my fron I moved to the Lehigh Valley a few years ago. I won't name the dealer but I used to go to another service. Before I moved I had a problem with my front speaker. I thought it was just the speaker but after a few tries the service department could not give me a fix. They were checking wires and using all sorts of diagnostics, saying that the cause is indeterminable. When I called Lehigh Valley Honda for the first time I figured I would try again. The gentleman on the phone (don't recall the name) right away said it was the speaker. When I explained my experience and all the troubleshooting and such he sort of chuckled and more or less said, "trust me, it's just the speaker". Sure enough, it was just the speaker. With Honda's obsession with customer service I always naively expected that all service departments would be the same, that showed me that that assumption is false. LVH also washes your car with some services, other Honda dealers (I've dealt with two) never did that for any service, at least that I can recall. Another experience to mention, I had an issue with my Honda that was part of a class action suit. Unfortunately for me I did not have the issue until the time to file a claim lapsed, so I could not recoup any part of the cost to fix. I asked for help from LVH with dealing with Honda via a survey follow up. The Service Manager, Kevin Wagner, contacted me and helped me with getting in touch with Honda and working out an amicable solution. Something that I know would have been much harder on my own navigating phone systems, emails and so forth. I have a 2007 and I know Kevin did not have to do that and really appreciate the going above and beyond to help. When I come in for service at LVH they really make me feel like I'm not just another number to get punched out the door. They are very personable and I feel like I'm being taken care of, not just shuffled out of the door. I know that sounds like a clique but it's true. I was even asked before if I care which person "takes care of me" or greets me for my service! That was a new one for me, for any sort of car service. It's been a few years now and I can think of nothing bad to say about the LVH service department and expect to keep retuning as my 2007 crosses 100K! More
