Recent visit The service rep, Sam, and cashier were both friendly and helpful. However, I was waiting in the children's waiting area for 2+ hours with my 4 and 6 The service rep, Sam, and cashier were both friendly and helpful. However, I was waiting in the children's waiting area for 2+ hours with my 4 and 6 year olds. They were quiet and well-behaved. We were looking at animals on my iPad and my 4 year old son was making animal noises at a conversational volume. As a teacher and as a mom I am the first to take action when my children are being disruptive or misbehaving. It was during this time that a female employee walked up to the doorway and said, "shhhhhhhh" and proceeded to ask that I keep my son quiet. I was shocked and so were my children. Both the cashier and service rep commented on how quiet and well-behaved my kids were during our wait. I was embarrassed and upset by our interaction with this employee and despite the good service, left with a bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning. More

Always a good service experience at Lehigh Valley Honda I just took my 2010 Accord into Express Service for a routine "B" service. Since I have over 100,000 miles on the vehicle, new spark plugs are recomm I just took my 2010 Accord into Express Service for a routine "B" service. Since I have over 100,000 miles on the vehicle, new spark plugs are recommended by Honda at this service interval. Even though new spark plugs are recommended at this mileage, the service advisor told me of the recommendation but did not do a hard sell to get me to spend the extra money for the plugs. One of the things I like most about LV Honda Service is that they tell you what Honda recommends for your vehicle but never use high pressure sales efforts to get you to do anything you do not want to do on that service visit. Some of the other dealerships on the "Auto Mile" try very aggressively to get you to pay for overpriced service packages that include a lot of marginally valuable services. The professionalism of LV Honda's service personnel is one of the reasons I will keep coming back to this dealership. More

Civic in for warranty work We had our 2006 Civic in for warranty work. It had a cracked engine block at 80,000 miles. Honda had extended the warranty for this issue thankfully. Lehigh Valley did excellent work in getting work done and the engine runs like new. Only negative I have is with Honda. They should provide for a loaner for warranty work like this. That will factor into my next purchase. More

I don't have to wonder if the estimate is too high or inflated because I have compared their prices to other mechanic shops and I still picked them. The work performed on my car is always excellent and I get a free valet service to my job and back. A few guys stand out at the counter but in general they are all great - I have nothing but GOOD things to say about the Lehigh Valley Honda Service Center! And of course, thanks for the coffee... it's a great perk!!! More

Has to call Honda around 2 p.m. after not hearing from them and was told car was still not ready. Was not picked up at work until 5:20 p.m. After all that wait, was told car will need brakes soon. Makes me think they should have replaced brakes but ran out of time. Not happy More

I have both bought my Honda(s) and have them serviced at Lehigh Valley Honda because I trust then. Let's face it, traveling high way speeds at 65 to 75 miles per hour, you want the safest affordable mode of transportation available and that is Honda. And more importantly you need to have your Honda serviced to maintain that safety. Are the prices high, yes, but you get what you pay for. You want cheap after market parts, don't expect those parts to work or perform like OEM Honda replacement parts.
