The BEST thing about this dealership is the waiting area for service. I really appreciate the business center, which is separate from the regular waiting area, the children's play area, which is also separ for service. I was taking my Fit to a local mechanic for oil changes and service partly because I thought Dealership prices would be too high, and from a previous experience of less than honest behavior (other dealer.) and service partly because I thought Dealership prices would be too high, and from a previous experience of less than honest behavior (other dealer.) When my mechanic went out of business I took my car back to Vinart for the free inspection, while expecting to pay through the nose for the emissions. My experience as a whole was fantastic, the price was incredibly low in my estimation, and nobody pressured me to do any more services than what I asked for. They were well under their estimate for how long it would take, too, which was a bonus. The service manager in particular was very friendly, and explained everything in layman's terms, which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back again in the future. More

Sean and Trevor went above and beyond to help me out when my 2003 Honda Odyssey van's transmission failed. Since I use my van to move my harp and I was in the middle of a series of performances, Sean found my 2003 Honda Odyssey van's transmission failed. Since I use my van to move my harp and I was in the middle of a series of performances, Sean found me a Honda Pilot loaner on a Saturday afternoon to use to transport my instrument while my van was repaired. And Trevor expedited the replacement of the transmission, finishing it in two days, so I could have my van back. Of course, I would rather not have had to pay for a transmission, but they both made the experience as painless as possible under the circumstances. As always a great experience. They didn't have a car ready for me but they jumped right on it and within I tues got me a car needed for the day. This dealership is friendly, honest and professional in very aspect always completing what my car requires to keep it running as Hondas do. Can't write enough of what it means to a woman to have her only vehicle running and dependable for her needs. We're a Honda family and wouldn't purchase any other car. More

I took my 2012 Honda Civic Coupe in for it's first inspection and also to have a tire slapping sound and steering wheel vibration checked out. I also asked if they could insert two screws into the bottom two holes of my license plate. Now I have a safe inspected vehicle, free of any noise or vibration and a secure license plate.
