I built a good relationship with the people here through 2008 to present. I owned a Honda Element prior. As always the process at check in was quick and professional. I usually wait there or go across the street to eat at Perkins. When the service is done or they need to update me on anything, they give me a courtesy call on my cell. They always go over everything they did and identify any current or future service needs. The best part is my vehicle has all the service documented and up to date. More

Dishonest service No!!! I was not satisfied with the service. I came to get a flat tire repair and end up replacing the tire. After fact, I check with a couple only tir No!!! I was not satisfied with the service. I came to get a flat tire repair and end up replacing the tire. After fact, I check with a couple only tire places and they told me the fact the tire could have been fixed even thought the tire was five years old. I did not have time go some other place to get it fix. I am retired on a fixed income and I could not afford three hundred dollar bill. I thought, Lehigh Valley Honda would be safe place to get it fixed. I was wrong and this will be the last time I will go to your company. I have had Lehigh Valley Honda repair other flat tire in the past. They did not even try to fix the tire. I think your people were to interested in making more money and spending less time on a new tire then repairing flat tire. They were in my mine very dishonest, so your company is very dishonest. I have purchase a number cars in the past. Certainly, I am not having my cars or my family cars serviced at your company. I writing a letter to Honda describing your dishonest practices. More

After 17 years going to Lehigh Valley Honda I purchased my Honda Accord here in 2002, have been back for service and repairs. Had a oil change done, they left the oil drain plug loose, puddle of I purchased my Honda Accord here in 2002, have been back for service and repairs. Had a oil change done, they left the oil drain plug loose, puddle of oil all over my driveway. I crawled under the car to tighten the plug, figured mistakes are made. Some other events have recently happened that have disgusted me with my dealings here, my trust of their honesty has been shaken. After 17 years of dealing with this dealership, I am looking for a new garage. I suppose they only like new owners and people who replace their cars every few years. I always thought that showing the longevity of their vehicles with loyal customers was more important. Enough said. More

Can’t be trusted and rude service I just want to make a comment on your service department. I had an issue with a battery that was still under warranty through Honda. I wanted to get i I just want to make a comment on your service department. I had an issue with a battery that was still under warranty through Honda. I wanted to get it replaced and also replace the terminal leads as the positive would not tighten well. To start I pulled into the quick service. I was told to go to the service side. When walking into the service I was told I should go to the quick service. I said I went there first and was directed there. He took my name and I explained the battery was under warranty. He said there would be a charge for a diagnostic test for the battery/alternator. I said okay and understood and also asked to replace the bad terminals. Before bringing the car I checked the alternator and battery to see if charging with a meter. Long story short I was told I needed a new alternator for over 1k. I said just replace the battery as it was under warranty and also the leads. This still ran me over 200 somehow. I then measured the battery daily running and off to confirm it was charging and the battery was holding a charge. I also scheduled an appointment a week later with a local garage. I explained what I did to the other garage and we decided if there is no issues after a week I would cancel my appointment. That’s what ended up happening. No issues. There was another issue that happened during inspection that I was told must be repaired to pass inspection. This cost was over 6k and I took it to a different garage and they passed it.. At this point I don’t think I will buy another Honda and plan on sharing my stories online and to the bbb. More

Took my Accord there for service and ended up paying more than $1000 for inspection, emissions testing, oil and filter change, and of course the $100 cabin filter. Found out I needed brake pads and rotor work to pass inspection, so I agreed. Drove the car home and the brakes were making a scraping noise. Went back the next day and told then I had a problem and they looked at me like I had three eyes but said they would look at the brakes anyway. Turned out the rotors were not machined correctly. Their response was "the guy who worked on them yesterday didn't know how to properly run the turning down machine". You're kidding right, you had someone work ON MY BRAKES that didn't know what he was doing. That was my last visit there. Support your local small business mechanic, you'll get the same work done at a fraction (0.10 %) of the price. More
