emissions exemption Had my first 3,000 mile free service and inspection. Lucas was friendly and helpful. But received a bill of $39 for emissions. Asked cashier why tested when auto is exempt with less than 5,000 miles. Was told an exemption sticker was necessary. $39 for a sticker !!!! Called another dealer and 2 other garages. No one else charges that much for an exemption sticker ! My reason for not recommending this dealership is not about the emissions sticker. I'd had some issues when I purchased the car too. Never bothered to write a review about that, just passed it off. So this was the icing on the cake. I'll be taking my car to another Honda dealer for further service and warranty. And will not be purchasing another car from Lehigh Valley Honda. More

Stewart was extremely friendly and did excellent follow up on the vehicle to ensure costumer satisfaction. He takes pride in his work and it shows in how he deals with costumers when they are at the service center, and after they have received the service. I would recommend this service center because of the quality of work and the quality of people working there! More
