I've had very good experience with the dealership in buying my vehicles and also very good experiences with the appointment service team. The one disappointment is the express service program. The dealership highlights that as a benefit, but I have found it to be not so much. I've never been there and experience less than a one-hour wait before service in the so-called expressed service program. I even went so far as to call the express service team and ask when they're shortest wait times typically are. I have flexibility in my work schedule so I can come over to the expressed service at any time of the day. They are unwilling to tell me anything about when their lines might be shorter. Basically they said you never know. So express service really isn't worth it for me I wait longer than if I simply make an appointment. More
Slow start redeemed by quick, excellent service. I wasn't in the waiting room very long before my vehicle was ready and I was on my way home. The only thing I would recommend to the dealership is to be sure customers are greeted and instructed when they first arrive. It was my first time at this dealership ever having transferred my service contract from a dealership in another state. After that initial hurdle everything was great. My only other gripe is that there are no Honda dealerships in Bethlehem. It would be nice to have one a little closer to home. More

Went in for airbag recall. Had a appointment at 8:00 a.m. I got there at 7:37 a.m. Took me right in . Had tires rotated. Maybe now I'll get a call back I have been trying to get a hold of Kevin the service manager for two weeks now. Almost a month ago I brought my car in for a simple oil change and a I have been trying to get a hold of Kevin the service manager for two weeks now. Almost a month ago I brought my car in for a simple oil change and a few days later noticed severe damage on my bumper. A day later my entire wheel cover fell off on the highway. I contacted Honda to request video footage of my car to see if the damaged happened while it was in for service. One employee told me that they just installed a new camera system a week prior and Kevin assured me he would look into it. Two weeks, two emails and at least 10 phone calls later, I've heard no response. The only thing this dealer cares about are their online reviews, and by writing one now I might actually get a call back. If I didn't love my car so much I would trade it in so I'd never have to deal with the LV Honda service center again. Regardless if the damage did or did not happen while my car was in for service, their response time and care for their customers is non existent until you write a bad review. More
