A Class Organization It is a long story but well worth telling. On Sept 8th, I brought my 2013 Sonata in for its annual inspection and as I was about to leave Jessica Kel It is a long story but well worth telling. On Sept 8th, I brought my 2013 Sonata in for its annual inspection and as I was about to leave Jessica Kelly approached me and said: "I want your car." I replied, "Well you can't have it. Anyway, why do you want it?" She replied that it was a "cream puff" (It really was), and she could get a great price on a resale. As such, she said that if I wanted to upgrade to a new model with more features, I would be able to get a great deal. I replied that I wouldn't trade in a Sonata for another one, was looking at the Genesis, but it was most likely too expensive. She asked Justin Serle to talk to me and at the end of our conversation I agreed to return that Friday to take a look. Jason Dutsch handled the meeting. My wife and I spent most of the day with Jason and we finally reached a decision. The final deal was far better than I expected and I have been checking Genesis deals for a while on several sites. We finished up quite late didn't have anywhere enough time to review the Infotainment details. He asked me to return the following week and he would assist me. We left and stopped for dinner a few miles away and as I exited the car, I realized that I had left me Garmin GPS at the dealership. It was now really late, but I called Jason to see if he was still there and if he could set it aside until I could return the next week to pick it up. Jason actually delivered it us at the restaurant, in spite of the fact that he was already late for an important family activity. More has happened since then and each time the staff at Lehigh Valley has responded in an exceptional way. My wife and I have been retired for more than thirteen years and we have owned many cars registered in four states. This is the most competent, most professional and most customer-centric dealership I have ever dealt with. More
