I came 5 minutes before 5pm but the door to parts was locked and I had to wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to go into parts and ask about what I need. Departments shouldn't close before closing time. T locked and I had to wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to go into parts and ask about what I need. Departments shouldn't close before closing time. Then I waited for 20 minutes as the parts were looked for and eventually found. It was very frustrating, especially since I had two previous phone conversations with service, and they knew I was coming in for those parts at some point. Also, the reason I only got the parts and not the service is because the estimated labor charge was astronomical. I was told it would cost me $30-40 to install a hood switch. I even offered $15 and was turned down. A hood switch is a small piece of rubber, that, once you pop the hood, you literally pull out the other piece of rubber and put the new one in. It took me 7 seconds. Unless the labor rate is $18,000 per hour, the estimated labor was an insult at best and a crime at worst. Someone should be ashamed. There's making a profit and then there's greed and deceit. I do not want to be taken advantage of and I should not have to be on site for 40 total minutes to get 2 parts. More

The saleman we dealt with was AWESOME. Not usually a word used for describing a car sales person but he was. He wasnt pushy at all and never talked down to us and got us a car as he said he would. When we left the dealership the first time it felt like we bought a car because of his guarantee. We were at a different Hyundai dealership 2 days before we went here and when we left there we felt unsatisfied. We didnt hear from them at all so that is why we went to Lehigh Valley.
