I called Scott on a Wednesday night almost at the time he was leaving. I called in panic because something was wrong with Sonata and the other car repair place was giving me the run around. He didn't really was leaving. I called in panic because something was wrong with Sonata and the other car repair place was giving me the run around. He didn't really have any appointments for the next day, but because of the issues I was having he asked me if I could deal without the car for a day or two and he would try to fit me in. I dropped the car off at 900am Wednesday morning and said they woul call me as soon as they knew something. I wasn't expecting to hear anything until about Thursday since I was really only fit into the schedule. Within 3 hours, Scott was on the phone already telling me what was wrong. Had the work done and he even gave a call to give updates on how the progress was doing. I had my car back by 530 that night. I would take my car back to these guys anytime! What great service. I needed a new e-brake on my Santa Fe and LVH had to order the part from Hyundai. It took a week to get. When the part arrived, it was broken and it took an additional day to get the new one. Gave me loaner without even asking and took care of my inspection and emmissions for me. I was really pleased with the service and will be happy to go back if i need any other service.
