My wife connected with him by "liking" Hyundai on Facebook and then in response to some post, expressing her frustration that we had been unable to find through our local dealers in North Carolina the blue Sonata Hybrid with premium package that we had been looking for. Zaheer had the car and was so great to deal with that we reached a long-distance agreement to drive about 1200 miles roundtrip to PA to get the car. We were treated very fairly on our trade-in also. While we were there, my wife spotted a Veracruz in the showroom and, to make a long story short, after we returned to NC, we started thinking about trading her SUV in as well. We looked around at several dealers here, including different vehicles, but kept coming back to the Veracruz sitting in PA. Once again, we reached a deal with Zaheer via long distance, and so off to PA we went for the second time in less than two weeks. Bottom line is, we bought two new cars from Zaheer and traded him two of ours over a period of about 11 days, driving about 2400 miles in the process, and we enjoyed every aspect of the transactions. I bought a new Hyundai Sonata from Lehigh Valley Hyundai 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience - please see my other review regarding the buying experience. Within a few days of buying the car, we noticed that the air pressure in one of the tires would not stay topped off, and we kept getting the "low tire pressure" warning on the dashboard. We filled the tire up late Saturday night, but on Monday morning the tire was flat again. I had to be at work in a few hours, so I called Lehigh Valley Hyundai and asked if I could bring the car in for a quick checkup. Even though I did not have an appointment, Rex Weaver (the service manager) was extremely accommodating and told me to drop by. Rex welcomed me to the department, and promised he would have the car ready to go soon. True to his word, within a few minutes of our conversation, they had looked at my car, found a nail stuck in the tire, patched and inflated the tire and had my car ready out in the lot. The entire process was truly painless, and during the time I was waiting, Brad Rock (the sales associate we had purchased the car from) came out to check on the issue and made sure we were being taken care of. I was out of there, and on my way to work with plenty of time to spare. My experiences with Lehigh Valley Hyundai with regard to both buying and servicing have been truly pleasant, and I would recommend them very highly to anyone in the area. More
