Jason was terrific, we were there a while and he managed to not only get the ball rolling but entertain my five year and my mother in law, all at the same time. After researching for the best in the economy class for a second car for local use, the Hyundai Elantra had no equals. And its new styling appeals to all ages, even us in the 60+ group. LV's eprice beat any online sites who offer only MSRP for this new entry. I met Brad Rock at the recent Auto Show and he seemed on top of everything. Shortly after the show, I visited the dealership (Brad) and made the deal. The pricing for The Elantra Limited cannot be matched by anything else in its class. I made it known to Brad how I expected the sale to go, what I wanted, and who I wanted or did not want to see. Never was there any pressure or trips to the back room. Everything about the sale was so smooth that I would categorize this as one of my best car buying experience in many moons (45 yrs and many cars). The only negative, but not for LV, is that the new Elantras are in great demand and are virtually being sold off the trucks. I had to wait about five weeks...well worth the wait. More
My sales person was Jason Ernst. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the new vehicles. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased via Jason. As a sales person he is outstanding. My first choice as a vehicle was the Kia Sorrento but I purchased the Hyundai Santafe because of my previous experiences with this dealership. This dealership has outstanding people working for them. All of the employees are very helpful. The dealership is the main reason I purchased the vehicle. More
The reason for my visit was the service light was on. I took it to my regular machanic a couple times. He couldn't fix the problem. I thought the next best solution was to take it to the dealership service took it to my regular machanic a couple times. He couldn't fix the problem. I thought the next best solution was to take it to the dealership service dept. I bought the car there so I figure that they would know what the problem is. They did a good job fixing it. The car runs like the day I first bought it. The price was "in my opinon" highway robbery. They really get you with the labor. My biggest complaint is for the amount of money they charge you they at least could have wash the car. More

I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with my experience with TJ Chillot at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Actually, such was the case with everyone else that I dealt with on 2/22/11 in leasing a 2011 Hy experience with TJ Chillot at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Actually, such was the case with everyone else that I dealt with on 2/22/11 in leasing a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I was so surprised at how much I am enjoying my new car. I was expecting to just get an idea of what was available. I had been test driving 2 other cars that day. I intended to shop around some more and just get something that would get me from "A" to "B", save a bit of money if possible and hopefully like the car. I was not expecting a Hyundai to be such a smooth, comfortable, cushy ride AND be economical! TJ was not surprised. Evidently, he gets that reaction alot. He certainly knows his cars! I was treated very fairly and ended up driving home in my new Sonata. I have never made a big deal out of my car experiences in the past, but until now, it never WAS a big deal! If you are interested in a new car, do yourself a favor and START your car search at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. They will take very good care of you. You will be pleasantly surprised, and, you'll have the rest of the day to cruise around in your new ride!!! Happy car shopping! I have known Rex since the 80's and has always been a trustworthy individual. A pleasure dealing with him and with Scott.
