Ian was so helpful over the phone and alleviated our concerns that we made the 45 minute drive to check things out in person and Ian and Lehigh Valley Hyundai did not disappoint. The staff are so friendly that the experience felt simple and quick. We never felt taken advantage of and genuinely felt they wanted to help us find what we were looking for. Would 10/10 recommend! As a long time Scott Volvo customer, the service entering process is very quick with only 2-3 people in the intake bay. Maybe you could benchmark. Otherwise good visit. My service at Lehigh Valley Hyundai was very good this time. Dante was the best service provider I have had. They finally have a system where someone meets you at your car and takes good car of you throug time. Dante was the best service provider I have had. Service personnel were great to work with. Super friendly. Only complaint is that it took an hour and a half for a basic tire rotation, and software update. As I was sitting in the waiting room I observed just how many vehicles are brought in to be serviced daily here. It's a lot. I think just about anybody would struggle to keep up with that many vehicles coming in and out. I'll keep coming back though because I love the products and services that Hyundai offers. More
