If I could give zero stars I would I had an appointment, checked in and proceeded to sit there for 30 mins. I went back to the customer service desk and asked for help again to no avail I had an appointment, checked in and proceeded to sit there for 30 mins. I went back to the customer service desk and asked for help again to no avail. I wouldn’t be mad if the place was rounded but I was the only one there besides another customer being helped. Where was everyone on a Saturday? At least tell me you’re busy and I’ll be right with you. This was the worst customer service I have ever been a part of. More

Professional, polite and knowledgeable I was impressed with the staff. They were polite, professional and knowlegeable. I was greeted at the door by the sales person and the manager. Bad to GREAT I went to Lehigh Valley Hyundai absolutely miserable after being taken advantage of by Brown Daub Kia. I was greeted immediately by a salesman named Aubrey who was the unfortunate victim of my venting when I was asked how I was doing. He assured me that he was going to make this experience as easy as possible for me and that I was in good hands. I was quite abrasive and skeptical as I know this kind of talk is standard sales practice. Well let me tell you... He ABSOLUTELY delivered on every level of his word. Aubrey was genuinely nice and very passionate about his work and it showed with his careful handling of my situation. He made the process a breeze and this was my most pleasant experience to date with purchasing a vehicle. He and the finance team had me in and out in less than 3 hours from test drive to paperwork completed to taking delivery of my BRAND NEW 2018 Elantra!!! I can't thank Aubrey and the team at Lehigh Valley Hyundai enough for all they've done for me so far. They turned a disaster of a situation into a pleasant and welcoming situation. They helped to lift a huge burden off my shoulders and I feel like I was in very good hands from start to finish! More
