In your original review, you indicated that you needed to trade in your vehicle because of mechanical concerns. I wasn't trying to imply anything other than we were here to help you make sure that your vehicle was maintained properly and in accordance with manufacturer specification. I do take issue with the implication that we were making things up or stating that your prior vehicle needed maintenance or repairs that were unnecessary or "not there". Mr Troxell - We regret that you did not have a good experience with our service center. Unfortunately, the visit in question was the first time we ever saw your 2003 Tiburon. You came in with an issue related to a computer that you personally installed in your car, not us. We informed you that the computer you installed was incorrect. The computer you installed is designed for a car with an automatic transmission. Your Tiburon has a manual transmission. We stand by our diagnosis and recommendation. If you would like to purchase the correct type of computer, we will be happy to see to it that it is installed properly. With that said, we regret to see that you made statements that our service department is "crooked". We've been in business for over 30 years and we have thousands of happy customers.
