Service Dept is best in LV I have owned Chevrolet, Nissan, Pontiac, Toyota and now a Hyundai. Your service department is the best. If I ever purchase another car in my lifet I have owned Chevrolet, Nissan, Pontiac, Toyota and now a Hyundai. Your service department is the best. If I ever purchase another car in my lifetime, it would be a Hyundai. Communication is top notch and I especially like the courtesy shuttle. What a collosel waste of time. I brought my car in because it was stalling out when it idled, I wanted to have a duplicate key made and I wanted Hyundai to record my mileage for my I brought my car in because it was stalling out when it idled, I wanted to have a duplicate key made and I wanted Hyundai to record my mileage for my money back incentive that I was offered because the mileage quoted at the time of sale was incorrect. Although Mark was very polite and accommodating, the facility was unable to complete any of these tasks. I was charged 107$ for a diagnostic test. The service department was unable to find what was wrong. The key maker was broken, and I was told that my money back program was cancelled!!!! If Hyundai cannot diagnose and fix my Hyundai, who can? Who cancelled my Incentive program???? I was offered a cash settlement and refused it!!!! Very unhappy!!!! More
