That should be enough said :) I have always felt from the very first moment we struck a deal on a vehicle to every time I bring the car in for service we have been treated so well. They never forget who you are after the sale. Even though the location can sometimes be a hassle to get to with traffic etc., it's certainly worth it. Drop the car off and they have their personal shuttle drop you off at the diner for breakfast while the car is being taken care of. Great experience every visit. Thanks ! More

I just had a service and staff was very cooperative also my service was as per schedule and as per time. All i would ask to improve is when customer calls to the service Department and no one returning the phone call on timely basis and sometime customer has to call and living messages to the answering machine two or three times before your staff member calls back. So please improve on this regard and make it priority because customer is your business. I am sure you as a leader and under in your leadership you can improve this minor task to earn customer business. That is the only negative side i have seen. Thanks..Atul Amin More

While setting things up I felt like they were my home town family car company and in the end never actually met them face to face. Easy access off the turnpike . Trust and immediate service were key. The best dealer I had my Santa Fe in for its annual state inspection recently. During the prior month I had received several coupons for services. The Service Advis I had my Santa Fe in for its annual state inspection recently. During the prior month I had received several coupons for services. The Service Advisor accepted them and said he would use any that applied to my visit that day. The inspection found several issues needing attention. The coupons saved me about $25. I have 2 Hyundai vehicles purchased in 2006 and with very few exceptions always have Lehigh Valley Hyundai perform required maintenance. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and always keep me appraised of the work performed and any issues which might need attention in the near future. More
