Oil and filter change It was time to have our oil and filter changed in our car, and the dealership went above and beyond just changing the oil and filter. Our air filters It was time to have our oil and filter changed in our car, and the dealership went above and beyond just changing the oil and filter. Our air filters were shown to us explaining that it would be soon time for us to change them, and a free car wash for a birthday was very much appreciated! We didn't spend a whole lot of time waiting for our car to be finished, and free coffee and tea were available for us ! The workers were very kind and friendly to us threw our whole experience waiting. The cost was minimal, and that is always a plus during the holiday seasons. Thank you LehigValley Hyundai! great service second time around I received great service after working with Michael. Initially, I was treated rather poorly by the appointment desk while trying to set up an appointm I received great service after working with Michael. Initially, I was treated rather poorly by the appointment desk while trying to set up an appointment for service. I was told that a loaner car was unavailable, and that the service would take about 5 hours. I was told that I would have to wait for the car, and this proved to be a major inconvenience since I lived over 25 miles away and had to get to work. I was therefore forced to drop the car off, arrange a ride home and work, and had to return the next day to pick up the car. the service representative Michael was cordial and reassuring and apologized for the mixup when I returned to pick up the car. My problem was with the initial call for the service setup with the appointment personnel. I will only deal with Michael from now on. More

A promise not kept As recall information reguarding the 2011 Sonata engines as publicly brought out by FOX News....I am still waiting back from them to provide AS PROMIS As recall information reguarding the 2011 Sonata engines as publicly brought out by FOX News....I am still waiting back from them to provide AS PROMISED a proof of payment that was half charge and rest cash (which I need proof for my cash portion for my case) of a new engine I had to purchase last year due to default UNKNOWN by Hyundai..(where a case # was opened back in 2014 and no response/investigation/or courtesy call)...it has been a battle and still is and reaching well over a week...a big corporation like Hyundai should be embarrassed...I myself Working for a company which is rank within the Top Ten most successful companies in the United States....maybe surveys like this will make your company and Dealerships more successful....As for the success in ANY company is because of the respect and loyalty to your customers!!!!!
