Never have I had the consistent above average & excellent service that I encounter at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. It all started with the sales representative, Jennifer Leiby through to all the service representatives. They think of everything and do everything and above to not only ensure your car is thoroughly done, but that you are satisfied and keep coming back. They never lower their standards. More
Servie review I recently had my car in for service 4 times. The first was for diagnosing the problem. When doing that, they forgot to put a piece of my car back o I recently had my car in for service 4 times. The first was for diagnosing the problem. When doing that, they forgot to put a piece of my car back on. On the next visit to have the actual service, they had to order that piece requiring me to visit a third time. The fourth visit was for a different problem and I was told it would be done at noon. Called at 1:15 and they said 45 minutes more. Got to the service department 45 minute later and waited an hour. I just would like more accurate timing so I don't have to sit around the dealership. The staff is incredibly friendly but I find the organization lacking. There are no signs as to what you are suppose to do once dropping your car off. There are people in cubbies on the phone or with other customers and no sign saying to wait there or go sit. During my 4 visits I witnessed numerous people asking the cashier what they were suppose to do once they drove their car into the service garage. More

The service department personnel are always friendly, professional, and courteous. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and we trust their recommendations. They let us know what our car needs, what service is recommended for the age and mileage, and never try to oversell. They answer our questions in a way that we can understand without making us feel that they are talking down to us. There are times when we could get the work done elsewhere for a little less but the bottom line is we trust this service center to do the job right the first time. More

Complimentary services My son uses this car to go to school in Florida. He has taken the car to a dealer in Jacksonville, Florida to have oil changes and things done since h My son uses this car to go to school in Florida. He has taken the car to a dealer in Jacksonville, Florida to have oil changes and things done since he is away from the Hyundai Dealer we purchased the car from in Allentown, PA. Each time he takes it to the dealer in Florida, they wash and detail the car with great care and satisfaction. He recently came home to PA and the Elantra needed the yearly inspection performed. The inspection was fine, although took over 2 1/2 hours when originally told it would be 90 minutes. The shuttle service was great as well. However, the car was washed and detailed poorly. My son had spent the previous weekend washing and detailing the car himself and when he received the car back after inspections, the body and windows of the car were covered in water spots and looked as if it had not been washed and detailed at all. The reason he knew it was supposedly done to perfection is that it looked worse than when he brought the car in. More
Customer Service I called to inquire about my car's status and did not enjoy the phone system in order to get to speak with service. When I finally got through the agent I spoke with seemed annoyed and could not provide me with any information because service techs were at lunch. I asked her to call me back after their lunch to let me know the status. Her reply was "I will call you when I know something," and sounded annoyed. I never received a call until some 5 hours later telling me the car was finished. More

quick and friendly service visit I scheduled a appoint at the Stewartsville dealership which is where I bought my vehicle I had my oil changed and filter replaced, it took about 30 m I scheduled a appoint at the Stewartsville dealership which is where I bought my vehicle I had my oil changed and filter replaced, it took about 30 minutes which is about the normal time for such service, when the car was finished the service rep let me know that it was time to have my transmission fluid flushed and replaced and gave me prices for having this service performed I didn't get the service done at the time but I scheduled to have it done in two weeks! It was very good experience the waiting room had a big screen TV and also coffee and bagels, I felt very comfortable there and would recommend this service dept to anyone else who is looking for a place to have their vehicle serviced! More
