I rated all my answers on the scale as great, except the quality of work done. The reason for this is some of the work done that I can see looks great. I feel I need to use the vehicle for a short time first to see it's quality of performance to give a higher honest rating. More
Used expressed service for oil change. No appointment was necessary, the hours are very convenient. Went in and out in much less than 30 minutes. The technicians were friendly and helpful. Had my Sonata 2012 in for a repair. Took 6-7 weeks for the repair. Way too long! Had trouble with sensor from airbag deployment. Randy was very courteous and kept me well informed about what was going on. Another employee (whose name I do not recall) spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing the new vehicles while Randy what was going on. My car would not start suddenly late Thursday. I called the Hyundai emergency road service number and got prompt help. I worried as I had to work the weekend and drive @ 25 miles to work, then so happy to the Hyundai emergency road service number and got prompt help. I worried as I had to work the weekend and drive @ 25 miles to work, then so happy to be offered a loaner vehicle free of charge, as the part would not be in till after the weekend. Very empathetic staff allowed some leeway in the pickup of my car as dealership is far away from me. Car clean and shiny and running smoothly upon pickup which was so fast and unproblematic! I stopped into the quick service lane without an appointment. Eric quickly had my paperwork ready and my car in the shop. The service was completed when expected, pricing is what I expected and th appointment. Eric quickly had my paperwork ready and my car in the shop.
