The reason for my visit was the service light was on. I took it to my regular machanic a couple times. He couldn't fix the problem. I thought the next best solution was to take it to the dealership service took it to my regular machanic a couple times. He couldn't fix the problem. I thought the next best solution was to take it to the dealership service dept. I bought the car there so I figure that they would know what the problem is. They did a good job fixing it. The car runs like the day I first bought it. The price was "in my opinon" highway robbery. They really get you with the labor. My biggest complaint is for the amount of money they charge you they at least could have wash the car. More

I have known Rex since the 80's and has always been a trustworthy individual. A pleasure dealing with him and with Scott. As opposed to the Honda service dealership, this dealership is ALWAYS nice and trustworthy individual. A pleasure dealing with him and with Scott. I stopped in on my way to work because the low tire pressure light went on. I didn't have an appointment and the guys at the front desk at the service department were wonderful about getting me out qu pressure light went on. He always has time to work me in for an unscheduled oil change and continually recommends item in need of attention. Scott takes care of my cars like they are his own. I had my new 2011 Sonata, that I purchased at LVH, in for the recall service last week, and my 2007 Elantra in for Service/Tires/Brakes this week, an I had my new 2011 Sonata, that I purchased at LVH, in for the recall service last week, and my 2007 Elantra in for Service/Tires/Brakes this week, and both time we had great experiences.
