We were able to discuss and then I was able to go in the following morning to see and test drive the cars. Having already owned a 2008 TL, I was able to compare the features and ask questions which Ian quickly answeref. In addition, he patiently explained the keyless ignition several times to my husband and me. We test drove the car and he continued to point out features. We did purchase the car and went the following morning to pick up the car. During times we were waiting, Ian was extremely friendly and polite. In addition, I have difficulty walking and he helped me by bringing the car to the closest door. Ian was a great salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone. More

I brought my 2012 MDX in for service and decided to look around the show room and lot at the new 2019 RDX and TLX as I had been considering trading in I brought my 2012 MDX in for service and decided to look around the show room and lot at the new 2019 RDX and TLX as I had been considering trading in my MDX for a smaller vehicle. Craig greeted me promptly but gave me space to "window shop". Later, I found Craig and he helped me with test driving the TLX and the RDX. I was still unsure of if I was going to take the leap and Craig was extremely gracious in allowing me to take my time. I came back in at the end of the week and moved forward on the RDX and Craig continued to be very supportive and low pressure throughout the buying process.
