I had been reading reviews of the newer high end SUVs and the 2019 Acura RDX looked to be one of the to We had a friend that recommended Leith Acura. I had been reading reviews of the newer high end SUVs and the 2019 Acura RDX looked to be one of the top three for us. As we were walking in a young fellow named Craig Nachsin introduced himself and asked if he could help us. We had intended to shop around but within 3 hours we chose the vehicle we wanted and closed the deal the next morning. The autos were pointed out, packages were discussed, colors gone over and our trade in was evaluated. There was no pressure just good information given with a sense of humor. It was probably our best car buying experience. My only complaint is the same with all cars that I have bought in the last 25 years. After the deal has been done you go into the “ finance guys” office- nothing against the person- but then he gives you this spiel that will cost you 6500 bucks to keep the brand new car in tip top shape for 10 years. More
