After purchasing my brand new Acura, I spent more time in service than I did with my past two cars combined. All the while the service department was rude and unapologetic even after breaking something in my car. My sales person, Eddie Close continued to flirt with me throughout this process even going so far as to lie about having a girlfriend in order to try to take me out and smoothe everything over with the service department. Overall, the staff as a whole is untrustworthy and I would think seriously before spending any time or money here. More

When I discovered a very small manufacturing flaw in the paint on my 2017 TLX's front bumper, Leith Acura cheerfully and promptly arranged for the entire bumper to be removed and repainted; and loaned me a 2018 TLX in the meantime. Kerry should be your go-to car buying guy!! I previously owned a 2001 RAV4, but the transmission went and given the age of the car it was not worth fixing. I am a recent college graduate and was looking to buy a used car, making my first big adult purchase on my own. Kerry was the best possible salesman I could have gotten. I felt as if he treated me like his own daughter. He helped me find the perfect used car; the right amount of miles, safety features, color, style etc. My parents and grandparents even helped me pick out a car and he didn't even feel like a salesman, but more like a long-time family friend. He put no pressure on me to buy a car, instead he helped me weigh my options of all the different cars I was interested in, and in the end I walked away a happy owner of a used Mazda CX-5. If I had to do my car buying experience all over again I would go back to Kerry at Leith Acura every time!!!! More
